My Story and vision

 It is hard to think of a time where I did not have a passion for fitness and staying healthy.   As a mom, wife, career woman, friend, daughter, sister the list goes on, I must be intentional about keeping myself Healthy & Fit, spiritually, emotionally, mentally and physically in order to stay serve.   

My vision for IHF is to encourage others to be intentional about EVERY action they take each and everyday. To teach them how exercise correctly, eat healthy so they can serve others and be prepared for whatever life brings their way!
